I dreamed that I was hanging out at a park with Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a few other people. We were just sitting on the grass and making small talk. Then suddenly an old white GMC van came up over a hill towards us. It was being driven by Bernie Sanders and he was wearing his famous mittens. He starting driving straight towards us. He had his window rolled down and was laughing maniacally. He was trying to run over Justice Ginsburg so that Biden and the senate could appoint a new liberal judge.
We jumped up off the ground and scrambled to hide behind a tree that we thought would be large enough to prevent Bernie from just plowing through it in the van. He swerved to avoid the tree, but clipped it with the side of the van. This caused the trunk of the tree to splinter. Bernie then turned around to take another pass. We realized that the tree was now not strong enough to withstand another blow, so we ran to hide behind another clump of trees. Bernie again side-swiped the trees, damaging them, and then came around for another pass while we scurried to find more cover. This happened two or three more times. After each pass, we found it more and more difficult to find trees sufficiently large to protect us.
In the mean time, I was trying to call 911 on my phone. But with all the running around and diving for cover I kept typing in my phone's unlock passcode wrong.
Eventually, Bernie caught us in a place with no trees to hide behind. He grinned and chuckled as he saw our predicament. He gripped the steering wheel with his mittens and hit the gas. I frantically looked around but there was no place to hide. I could see Bernie's eyes fill with glee as he sped towards us. I woke up right before he hit us.
